As a member of our Operations team, you'll be part of a talented group of professionals who share a common goal: delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. **Job Summary** We're seeking a highly motivated, production-driven, and team-oriented individual to join our Operations team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, you'll apply the latest customer service techniques, learn our account management systems, and help improve the customer experience during a challenging time. This is a remote position, working from your home office, with flexible scheduling options to fit your needs. **Key Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs * Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process * Collecting and documenting all claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately * Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions * Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries * Demonstrating punctuality and reliability, with flexibility to work extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations * Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage * Successfully demonstrating blithequark's core values: + Customer first: fulfills customer needs with compassion + Self-motivated: takes initiative and commits to the task at hand + Teamwork: promotes unity over self + Continuous improvement: strives for daily growth **Required Skills and Abilities** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Language Skills: + Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports + Ability to write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions + Ability to project a confident, clear, and professional telephone presence + Ability to provide feedback verbally and written in a positive, professional manner * Bi-lingual in Spanish Preferred * Computer Skills: + Basic computer functions, including Microsoft Word and Excel + Ability to type at least 40wpm * Education and Experience: + High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required + 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred **Network Requirements** To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you'll need: * A reliable internet connection (Ethernet connection is not required, but strongly recommended) * A private network (no public locations or VPNs allowed) * A computer with a webcam and microphone (for video conferencing and phone calls) **Benefits and Compensation** As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll enjoy: * Competitive compensation * Flexible scheduling options (approximately 3-29 hours per week) * Ancillary Benefits: + Eligible for dental, accident insurance, critical illness, dependent care, FSA (Flex Savings Account), and SavvyFi- College Savings after 60 days of employment (20+ hours per week) + Eligible for dependent care, FSA (Flex Savings Account), and SavvyFi- College Savings after 60 days of employment (less than 20 hours per week) * 401K: Eligible after 6 months of employment * PTO: Eligible after 90 days of employment * Employee Assistance Program **How to Apply** If you're a motivated, customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity with blithequark.
