Transdev in Clackamas OR is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and client. We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety.

Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor.
ā¢ Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures
ā¢ Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
ā¢ Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.
ā¢ Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
ā¢ High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
ā¢ Computer literate
ā¢ Excellent customer service skills.
ā¢ Ability to operate standard telephone system.
ā¢ Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
ā¢ Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
Physical Requirements:
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
ā¢ Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions-100% of the job is performed outside, work alone and in remote locations.
ā¢ Sit for extended periods (up to 6ā8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
ā¢ Push and pull objects up to 20 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
ā¢ Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
