Resolve customer concerns while adhering to company policies and guidelines. Document and track member interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and exceptional service. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple systems at once. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
