Greeting customers and assisting them with the check-in and baggage registration process
Utilizing a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets
Managing the check-in process, ensuring customers have the necessary documentation for travel
Labeling baggage and performing lifting tasks, including moving baggage from scales to conveyor belts
Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and understand and respond to various questions regarding travel information
Basic computer skills and ability to use a computer to assist customers
Strong verbal and written communication skills, using proper grammar, tone, and pronunciation
Ability to lift bags or items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and Spanish, both written and spoken (preferred)
