**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
* Providing detailed information about products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our clients' offerings
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to build strong relationships with their customers
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences
* Collaborating with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty, driving revenue growth for our clients
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred, ensuring that you can respond quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to adapt to a quick-paced work environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team
* Gaming experience is preferred, as it demonstrates your ability to think critically and strategically
**Requirements**
To join our team, you'll need to:
* Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST, where you'll learn the ins and outs of our systems and processes
* Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training, ensuring that you're available to respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
* Meet our typing speed requirements, with 35 WPM as a minimum and 40 and above preferred
* Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team
* Have gaming experience, as it's preferred, but not necessary
