Job Summary At blithequark, our Customer Care Representatives are the face and voice of the company, serving the community by addressing clients' communications needs through our state-of-the-art call center and in our welcoming retail stores. Key responsibilities include handling credit applications, activating new services, and enhancing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Meet with new, existing, and potential customers via telephone or in one of our retail stores, providing personalized support and solutions. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all blithequark products and services to effectively recommend tailored solutions to customers, enhancing their overall experience. Perform customer verifications, including credit checks for new customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding process. Initiate service orders for new and existing customers, efficiently managing the activation and upgrade process. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed productivity measurements, including customer contacts, service orders created, and product sales, contributing to the team's overall performance and success. Requirements and Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need: A High School diploma as a minimum educational requirement. Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish is highly desirable, enabling you to connect with a broader customer base. At least 6 months of experience in a call center, customer service, or a closely related field, demonstrating your ability to thrive in fast-paced, customer-facing environments. A clean driving record and a valid driver's license, as you may be required to travel between locations.
