Part-Time CSR (Remote)

Quick Details Location: Remote (must be local to NE Ohio to pick up equipment) Pay: $16.00 per hour Length: Part-time, 16–18 hours per week, temp-to-hire Hours: Weekdays: 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Weekends: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Typical schedule: 3 weekdays + 1 weekend day 5-hour shifts include a 15-minute paid break Holiday availability required Flexible scheduling available as long as coverage needs are met About The Role This position supports the community by helping callers identify resources related to health and human services. You will use phone, email, text, and chat to assess needs, provide referrals, and guide individuals through available support options.
