We are seeking a Temporary CPA with experience in HOA accounting to assist our team with financial reporting, audits, and compliance needs during a busy period. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented CPA familiar with HOA financial operations and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Ā Review HOA financial statements, budgets, and reports in compliance with state regulations and association bylaws.
Ā Verifying accuracy and compliance in financial reporting
Ā Assist with research and reviewing audits and ensure financial transparency for board members and homeowners.
Ā Provide tax preparation and filing support, ensuring compliance with federal and state tax laws.
Ā Work closely with property managers, HOA boards, and stakeholders to address financial inquiries.
Ā Review and optimize internal controls and financial procedures.
Qualifications:
Ā Active CPA license required.
Ā HOA accounting experience is a plus or relevant property management financial experience.
Ā Strong knowledge of GAAP, HOA financial regulations, and tax compliance.
Ā Proficiency in HOA accounting software
Ā Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ā Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
