Part-Time COO / Operations Manager (Daily Accountability + Execution) 2-3hrs/day

Looking for a high-level COO / Operations Manager to run daily operations and ensure every department stays on track. This is a leadership + accountability role (not admin). You’ll be responsible for making sure tasks move forward daily, deadlines are met, clients are taken care of, and nothing gets stuck inside our systems. You are the type of person who: Naturally sees what’s behind and fixes it without being told Follows up confidently with team members and holds people accountable Tracks details, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple departments Escalates issues early (before they become problems) Keeps operations tight, clean, and organized every day Is obsessed with execution, client experience, and over-delivery Can run the back end so the CEO can stay focused on growth Daily Responsibilities Review operations daily to confirm all departments are moving forward Ensure client work is being delivered on time and as promised Make sure clients/prospects are being rescheduled and followed up properly Ensure tax returns are progressing and moving to completion Confirm bookkeeping is completed and financials are being sent out Confirm payroll is processed correctly and on schedule Ensure monthly sales tax filings are being completed Make sure support inbox + general inbox emails are being responded to Track payments and ensure work is delivered based on what was paid for Review Asana daily to ensure tasks are updated, assigned, and moving If tasks are stuck, follow up with the right person and push them forward Monitor Slack mentions and ensure anything important is escalated properly Collect KPIs from departments and provide leadership updates Requirements Strong operations leadership experience (COO / Ops Director / Project Manager) Asana experience is required Excellent communication (Slack + email) Proactive, organized, and reliable Comfortable managing multiple departments and following up daily I take sales calls every day, so I need someone who can keep the business running daily on the back end and escalate anything that needs my attention.
