Compensation: $8,000 / month

About the Role Nurse Practitioner On Call LLC is looking for a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to join our mobile psychiatric services team. In this strategic role, you will provide clinical oversight and consultation to our PMHNPs, ensuring the highest standards of care for our patients across Maryland. This position offers high flexibility with a commitment of approximately 10 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical consultation on complex psychiatric cases and medication management
• Lead monthly case review meetings with the NP staff (1-2 hours per session)
• Conduct periodic chart reviews and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain active credentialing with insurance panels (Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers)
• Review and co-sign clinical documentation as required by payer contracts
What We're Looking For:
• Board Certification: You must be ABPN Board-Certified in Psychiatry and Neurology. MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of an ACGME-accredited psychiatry residency program.
• Maryland Licensed: You hold an active, unrestricted MD medical license and DEA registration with Schedule II-V prescriptive authority.
• Experience: You have at least 3 years of post-residency experience and a track record of collaborative care.
• Clinical Expertise: Comfortable treating diverse populations; experience in mobile or community-based care is a plus.
• Mentorship Mindset: You enjoy supporting and growing the skills of Nurse Practitioners
