Key Responsibilities: Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our products and services, including automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership information. Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure a seamless customer experience. Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our dealer clients can follow up with potential customers and drive business growth. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although this is not necessarily required.
