**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and resolving issues efficiently.

**Qualifications**
To be successful as a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary.
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, as well as a strong ability to multitask.
* A positive and professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment.
* Gaming experience is preferred, but not required.
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Be able to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST.
* Be able to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training.
* Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
* Possess a positive and professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment.
* Gaming experience is preferred.
