Key Responsibilities Act as a Taziki's Ambassador, promoting the brand's service, menu, story, and culture to customers. Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests. Manage catering issues, tracking and following up with customers as needed to resolve any concerns. Handle call-in orders, monitor incoming calls, and accurately input orders into the system, including those from third-party providers. Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming calls, maintaining a high level of productivity and customer satisfaction. Utilize suggestive selling techniques to maximize catering orders and enhance customer satisfaction. Optimize store delivery schedules for maximum efficiency, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Qualifications and Requirements Essential Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Flexible schedule; availability to work Tuesday (10am-6pm CT), Wednesday (10am-6pm CT), Saturday (9am-5pm CT), and Sunday (12pm-5pm CT). Energetic and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and priorities with ease. Strong leadership, guest service, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and team members. Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in the food service industry, although not required – Taziki's is happy to train the right candidate!
