PART TIME: Call Center Advisor/Appointment Scheduler
We are looking for a "sharp, quick learning, coachable and go getting having attitude" Call Center Advisor/Appointment Scheduler to join our team. This role involves answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. You will work remotely on PST time zone, requiring reliable internet and a personal computer (with potential discussion on specific requirements). Occasional overtime may be required as needed.
• Part Time: (8:30am-4:30pm PST Saturday & Sunday)
Job Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls to schedule appointments and answer client questions, providing timely, accurate, and excellent customer service.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and schedule appointments.
• Comfortable cold calling & willingness to cold call
• Deliver customer service that promotes goodwill and maintains professional communication.
• Enter data accurately into the CRM system and manage client information.
• Assist in other tasks as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Pay: $20 per hour
• Schedule: 16 hours per week, weekends required. First two weeks of training (M, Tue, and Wed)
• No additional benefits provided.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma.
• 1 year of customer service/call center experience (REQUIRED).
• Ability to commit to a 20-hour weekly schedule.
• Dependable internet and personal computer (can be discussed).
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate professional email and other daily communication tools.
• Excellent personality, communication skills, and a goal-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualities:
• Willingness to learn new customer service techniques, comfortability with taking direction, "coachable," with a positive attitude during challenge.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Dependable, consistent, detail-oriented, and efficient at multitasking.
