We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Assistant who takes pride in accuracy and wants to grow within a structured and expanding business.
Role Overview
This position supports our Senior Bookkeeper and focuses on processing lesson payments, tracking financial data, and maintaining clean records across multiple locations.
You will play an important role in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly on a daily basis.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, reliable, and looking to grow into a larger accounting or operations role over time.
Key Responsibilities
Record and categorize daily transactions (lesson payments, expenses, deposits)
Process and track customer lesson payments
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
Assist with accounts payable and vendor tracking
Reconcile bank and credit card transactions
Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Support payroll tracking for coaches and staff
Assist Senior Bookkeeper with reporting and data organization
Identify and resolve discrepancies proactively
Qualifications
2+ year of bookkeeping, accounting, aand administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to stay organized and manage repetitive tasks consistently
Strong communication and follow-through
Fluency with Quickbooks accounting software
Preferred
Experience handling payments, billing, or customer accounts
Experience in a service-based or multi-location business
