Part-Time Bookkeeper (Remote, Orlando, FL-based)
Job Description
CCI Group is a leading language service provider offering translation, interpretation, and transcription services to a diverse range of clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support our financial operations and ensure accurate and efficient bookkeeping processes.
Responsibilities:
Ā Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
Ā Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
Ā Manage QuickBooks Online
Ā Process invoices and payments through platforms such as Bill.com, Wise, PayPal, and ADP.
Ā Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Ā Assist in preparing financial reports for management.
Ā Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements
Ā Bachelor's degree (BA) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Ā Minimum of 3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience.
Ā Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Ā Strong understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
Ā Preferred experience working with language service providers.
Ā Proficiency with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
Ā Experience with online payment platforms like Bill.com, Wise, PayPal, and ADP is a plus.
Ā Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ā Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Ā This is a remote position, but the candidate must be based in Orlando, FL, as CCI Group is headquartered there.
