This fully remote position (Alabama residents only) offers flexibility, a supportive environment and the opportunity to play an important role in a collaborative, client-focused team.

What You’ll Do

· Record and reconcile debit card transactions

· Review and upload Expensify reports into QuickBooks

· Enter travel expenses from agent reports accurately and timely

· Post cash receipts and accounts payable transactions

· Reconcile bank accounts

· Help ensure financial records are clean, organized, and client-ready

What You Bring

· 2+ years of bookkeeping experience

· Proficiency in QuickBooks

· Proven attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

· A friendly, client-focused, service-oriented mindset

· Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
