Here we grow again!Part time bookkeeper requiredResponsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software Quickbooks Online.- Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Requirements:- Proven experience as a bookkeeper.- Proficiency in using accounting software Quickbooks Online, proof of certification preferred.- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Familiarity with budgeting processes is a plus.-Familiarity with KarbonIf you are a detail-oriented individual with strong accounting skills, we would love to hear from you.
