Part- Time Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) | Up to $27/hr | Windham, Maine
Job Overview:
We're looking for certified Behavioral Health Professionals in or near Windham, Maine.
As a BHP, you will provide care to clients between the ages of 1-21. Specifically, provide supervision and therapeutic support to children struggling with severe and persistent behavioral challenges. Support will be in the client's home or surrounding community.
Requirements:
ā¢ An active BHP Certification is not required! Our team ensures you have all the tools to become an excellent BHP.
ā¢ 1 year of experience working with children is a plus. (I.e. education, childcare, babysitting/nannying, etc.)
ā¢ Interest in a career in early childhood education, social work, or psychology
ā¢ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
ā¢ Clean driving record and background check
ā¢ Ability to provide active motor vehicle insurance & registration
ā¢ Ability to provide high school diploma or equivalent
Job Details:
ā¢ Providing individualized support within the clients' personal home and surrounding community.
ā¢ Safely transporting the client within your own personal, reliable vehicle.
ā¢ Following the client's treatment plan outlined and created by the client's family and the case management team.
ā¢ Basic understanding of smart phone applications, access to email communication, and awareness around processing electronic documents such as daily session notes. Training is available.
