Part-Time AI Analyst, Legal Operations
Our customer, an American multinational financial technology company, is seeking an AI Analyst to design, build, and support AI-powered assistants that enhance the productivity and expertise of our legal professionals. You'll work collaboratively with Legal IT and enterprise AI teams to drive adoption of enterprise AI tools, support Legal AI office hours, connect intelligent solutions to our legal technology ecosystem, and ensure successful change management across the legal function. Locations: Remote, US Duration: 12 Months Hours per Week: 20 hours per weekKey Responsibilities: In this role you will build and optimize AI assistants for legal workflows, integrate them through MCP, partner with Legal IT and governance teams to ensure secure adoption, lead change management and training efforts, host AI office hours for support, and continuously improve tools based on performance and user feedback.RequiredQualifications: Demonstrated experience building or configuring AI assistants and chatbots. Familiarity with major AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar). Strong understanding of enterprise data security and governance requirements. Excellent change management and communication skills. Basic understanding of APIs and system integration concepts. PreferredQualifications: Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar integration frameworks. Background in legal operations or legal technology.Familiarity with enterprise AI governance frameworks.
