Handle and resolve any customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all travel documents and transactions. Collaborate with team members to efficiently and effectively manage flight schedules and customer needs. Adhere to safety and security protocols at all times. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Keep up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Assist with any special requests or accommodations for passengers with disabilities or special needs. Communicate effectively and positively with team members, supervisors, and other departments. Follow all company and industry regulations and guidelines for luggage handling, boarding procedures, and flight safety. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience. Be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Attend and participate in training and development programs as required. Represent American Airlines in a professional and positive manner at all times.
