- Drive work through others using relationship management and delegation skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-95 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Strong research, organizational, analytical, and problem resolution skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline
- Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Additional experience in identifying business challenges, gathering information, implementing strategies, leading project delivery, and influencing decision-makers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Business, Credit, and/or Marketing Analytics
- Lean or Six Sigma Certification
- Customer Service & Contact Center experience
- Knowledge of organizational design and transformation
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguous and unstructured problem sets
