JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS We are looking to hire part-time administrative assistants to assist with daily operation of the College of Engineering's Learning Factory Administrative Office. Job duties include: Be the first point of contact for senior design students as they enter the office Process online orders for materials and supplies needed for senior design projects Assist with preparations for, and attendance at, the College of Engineering Senior Capstone Design Kickoff Event and with the College of Engineering Senior Capstone Design Showcase event Reconcile purchasing card transactions Assemble materials into Learning Factory promotional folders May assist Director of the Learning Factory with the Learning Factory website and communications efforts Experience with Excel required. Experience with on-line ordering preferred.
