Part Time Administrative Assistant
Part-Time Virtual Team Member (10 Hours/Week) – Flexible, Remote Opportunity

About the Role
This is a part-time, remote position (approximately 2 hours/day during regular business hours, 10 hours/week - must reside in the united states and be located in CST or EST zones) with the potential to grow alongside the business. You’ll start by assisting with:
• Scheduling and calendar management
• CRM updates and optimization (primarily Salesforce)
• Administrative overflow and project-based tasks as needed
As the practice expands, so may your responsibilities—especially if you’re interested in taking on more client-facing or planning support over time.
Who We’re Looking For
We’d love to find someone who brings both skill and initiative to the table. Our ideal candidate is:
• Tech-savvy (especially compared to the rest of us!)
• Highly proficient in Salesforce (bonus points if you can help us optimize workflows)
• Familiar with or open to learning Naviplan (not required, but helpful)
• Possibly licensed or working toward licensing (e.g., Series 7, LAH), though not required
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to contribute to a collaborative, virtual team
