Position Overview:
We are seeking a caring and qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for a 1:1 school-based assignment in South River, NJ. This is a part-time position (2 days per week) for the full 2025ā2026 school year, providing medical support to an elementary student in a general education setting.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Provide direct 1:1 nursing care and monitoring throughout the school day
ā¢ Administer medications and manage any medical needs in line with the studentās care plan
ā¢ Collaborate with the school team and communicate with the studentās family and care providers
ā¢ Maintain accurate health documentation and reports
Requirements:
ā¢ Active New Jersey RN license
ā¢ School Nurse Certification (preferred or required by district)
ā¢ Pediatric or school-based experience strongly preferred
ā¢ CPR certification
ā¢ Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
Note: As this is a part-time position, benefits are not included.
