We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Park Operations Specialist at Disney, a pivotal role that ensures our guests have an unforgettable experience at the happiest place on Earth. This position is based at our vibrant Anaheim location and is integral to maintaining the magic and operational excellence Disney is known for.

As a Park Operations Specialist, you will be immersed in the day-to-day activities that keep our park running smoothly. This includes overseeing safety protocols, managing staff schedules, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring all guest interactions meet the high standards associated with the Disney brand. You will also play a key role in implementing operational strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and streamline park operations.
• *Responsibilities:**

1. Monitor and ensure the safety and cleanliness of the park’s attractions and facilities.

2. Supervise a team of operations staff, providing training and feedback as necessary.

3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

4. Manage inventory and supplies for operational needs.

5. Analyze guest feedback and operational data to recommend improvements.

6. Assist in the development and implementation of park policies and procedures.

7. Handle guest concerns and incidents with the utmost professionalism and in compliance with Disney standards.
• *Requirements:**

1. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.

2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

5. Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

6. A commitment to providing exceptional guest service.

7. Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• *Educational Qualifications:**

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• *Experience:**

– At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a theme park or major entertainment facility.
