Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in planning and implementing instructional activities for students with special needs
Provide individualized support to students, including academic, social, and emotional guidance
Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure student success
Maintain accurate records and reports, including student progress and behavior

Requirements:

Educator License with Stipulations for Paraprofessional - ELS (PARA), or Substitute (SUB) certification
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and cloud-based applications
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work positively with adults and high school age students
Strong work ethic and customer service orientation
