Responsibilities:
Ā Assist students with special needs in the classroom and during individual instruction.
Ā Implement individualized education programs (IEPs) under the guidance of the special education teacher.
Ā Provide academic support and behavior management strategies.
Ā Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and parents.
Ā Provide individual and small group instruction to students as needed.
Ā Monitor student behavior and provide appropriate support and redirection.
Ā Assist with student supervision during recess, lunch, and other activities.
Ā Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school staff.
Ā Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ā High school diploma or equivalent.
Ā Experience working with children preferred.
Ā Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ā Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Ā Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
Benefits:
Ā Hourly compensation Begins at $17 upwards to $27
