Skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends Responsibilities • Provide advanced life support care to patients of all ages, including assessment, treatment, and transport • Work collaboratively with other members of the emergency medical services team • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations Qualifications • Successful completion of an accredited paramedic training program • Current Minnesota or Wisconsin Paramedic Certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire) • Current American Heart Association ACLS and BLS certifications • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Education Requirements Successful completion of an accredited paramedic training program Education Requirements Credential Category Paramedic certification (Minnesota or Wisconsin) Experience Requirements • Previous experience as a Paramedic is preferred • Experience in advanced life support is also preferred • Flight Paramedic Certification is a plus Why work in Grand Rapids, MN Grand Rapids offers a welcoming community with access to beautiful natural landscapes, recreational activities, and a peaceful lifestyle.
