Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Ins Matching IRA after 1 year Uniforms and boots supplied Cell Phone reimbursement Generous leave pay program Job Availability • M, T, Th, F (Some flexibility in days possible) • 7 am to 7 pm • 12-hour shifts (Day Truck) Job Description • Operates an emergency medical vehicle. • Lifts, carries, and transports injured, sick or incapacitated persons from residential or accident scenes to medical facilities. • Provides Paramedic level emergency medical treatment to injured, sick, or incapacitated persons. • Communicates with professional medical personnel at treatment facility to obtain instructions regarding treatment and to arrange for reception at medical treatment facilities. • Obtains information from and examines patients to determine nature, extent, or magnitude of illness or injury. • Administers prescribed first-aid treatment at site of emergency or in the ambulance according to established medical protocols. • Inspects equipped emergency vehicles; cleans equipment to ensure its safe operation; and replenishes medical supplies, fuel, and fluids. Requirements • Applicants must be Paramedic certified and able to obtain an Oklahoma EMS license.
