Paralegal - Immigration

Our client is looking for aParalegal – Immigrationto join their team full-time in a 100% remote role. They operate in the U.S. immigration law space and have built a strong practice in recent years by supporting individuals and families through complex immigration processes with structured, client-focused legal operations.

This role supports attorneys with day-to-day immigration casework and plays a key part in keeping matters organized, compliant, and moving forward efficiently. The ideal candidate brings hands-on U.S. immigration experience, strong attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility when handling sensitive cases.
Responsibilities
• Support attorneys with U.S. immigration cases from intake through filing and follow-up.
• Prepare, review, and organize immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in the case management system.
• Track deadlines, requests for evidence, and case milestones.
• Communicate with clients to collect information and provide case updates as needed.
• Assist with drafting correspondence and case-related materials.
• Ensure files are complete, accurate, and compliant with immigration requirements.
• Support general paralegal and administrative tasks related to immigration matters.

Requirements
• Previous experience as a Paralegal handling U.S. immigration law matters.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools.
• Full-time availability.
