Paralegal (Estate Planning) - Part Time (US Law Firm, WFH)
We are looking for a part-time Paralegal (Estate Planning) to work remotely from the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as an estate planning paralegal in a US law firm and strong proficiency in WealthCounsel and Clio software.
Requirements
ā¢ Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certification from an accredited institution.
ā¢ 3-5 years of experience as an estate planning paralegal in a US law firm.
ā¢ Strong proficiency in WealthCounsel software and Clio practice management software.
ā¢ Drafting experience with WealthCounsel, both WealthDocs and BusinessDocs preferred, Wealthdocs a must.
ā¢ Experience in drafting and reviewing estate planning documents.
ā¢ Familiarity with current estate planning laws and regulations.
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
ā¢ JD degree is preferred, and candidates with a JD are encouraged to apply.
