Paralegal

The Paralegal will assist Attorneys with processing corporate transactions within the franchise practice area, preparing legal documents, and managing transaction-related tasks. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with preparation and production of franchise-related legal documents, including agreements and correspondence Assist attorneys with due diligence process associated with review of transactions Work cross-functionally to manage a large volume of transactions Provide lawyers with assistance in the preparation for and closing of various franchise-related transactions Assist practice area with reporting, tracking and data management Skills Excellent ability to work efficiently, multi-task and independently manage a large volume of projects Detail-oriented, with strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and interact professionally with internal and external business partners Self-starter with willingness to further develop skills as paralegal and businessperson Excellent communication (speaking, writing, and listening) skills Bachelor's degree required Desire to have a career in the Legal field with prior experience as a paralegal or in the legal setting preferred Proficient in technology platforms, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); proficiency with Salesforce helpful but not required Company Overview Dine Brands Global is a food and beverage company that owns and operates restaurants under two brands.
