International Fertility Insurance is a growing domestic and international gestational surrogacy agency. They are seeking a Paralegal to assist their legal team in providing services for intended parents, including drafting contracts and conducting legal research. Responsibilities Draft contracts, review and analyze insurance eligibility and policies Assist intended parents in establishing their legal parentage rights Conduct legal research, gather facts, and retrieve information on surrogacy law Make recommendations to attorneys and clients related to their parental journey Develop and maintain records system Collaborate with legal team and peer group Skills High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years' experience as a paralegal Effective communicator - communicates information clearly through both email and in-person/over video conference Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where you can meet and exceed deadlines Ability to prioritize your day and pivot when urgent matters arise Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Benefits A competitive health plan that includes dental and vision 401(k) with match and a “take what you need” PTO policy Tuition Assistance LTD/STD/Life Insurance Wellness Programs The ability to work hybrid, in-office, or remote based on location And much more!
