PandC Services Team Leader (Services for Finland), Ingka Business Service Center
**Overview:**
We are seeking a seasoned PandC Services Team Leader to lead our Finland-based team in delivering high-quality personnel administration and payroll services to our global partners. As a passionate and service-oriented leader, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and qualitative PA/PY services delivery, supporting your team members, and driving process improvements. **Responsibilities:**
• Lead P&C Finland team to ensure efficient and qualitative PA/PY services delivery in line with global procedures and local legal requirements
• Support all co-workers in PA/PY related topics
• Supervise monthly payroll and year-end activities
• Support solving problems and independently resolve first-level escalations
• Follow-up on the status of outstanding issues
• Recruit competent new co-workers with required PA/PY profiles
• Take an active role in coaching and developing PA/PY staff knowledge, skills, and competence
• Coordinate trainings and maintain high levels of motivation and team engagement
• Be responsible for coordination of trainings, keeping high level of motivation and other activities related with team leading
• *Qualifications:**
• Minimum 3 years of experience in P&C (personnel administration & payroll) environment
• Strong knowledge of P&C environment
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Passion for working with people and leading by example
• Service-oriented and customer-focused background
• Understanding and passion for IKEA values
