Role: Privileged Access Management (PAM) Architect
Location: Iselin NJ (Remote) Open to travel on need basis

Main Duties & Responsibilities Of The Role
ā¢ Lead the architecture design for privileged access management (PAM) solution for customers.
ā¢ Assess the customers' existing infrastructure and security requirements to determine the best approach for PAM implementation.
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the scope, timelines, and deliverables of the implementation project.
ā¢ Configure and customize PAM components to meet the organization's specific needs and requirements.
ā¢ Review functional and non-functional requirements, apply architecture acceptance criteria, and produce artifacts describing the logical and physical design of solution scaled for the enterprise.
ā¢ Acting as a technical leader of the PAM team
ā¢ Participating in PAM strategy development, implementation for end client
ā¢ Planning and leading PAM projects
ā¢ Designing and implementing PAM solutions
ā¢ Advising in the areas of architecture, design, and implementation
ā¢ Building and developing growth strategy of the PAM team
ā¢ Provide guidance and support to the implementation team throughout the entire project lifecycle.
ā¢ Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the successful deployment of PAM solutions.
ā¢ Collaborate with application owners and stakeholders to understand their privileged account requirements and onboard applications onto the PAM platform.
ā¢ Define and enforce access controls and policies for privileged accounts within the PAM solution.
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, network security, and compliance, to ensure the successful integration of PAM solutions into the organization's infrastructure.
ā¢ Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience Needed
ā¢ Overall 10+ years of experience in IT industry with minimum 5 to 6 years in Privileged Access Management (PAM)
ā¢ Extensive experience in end-to-end implementation, configuration, and administration of privileged access management (PAM) solution such as Delinea, CyberArk, Beyond Trust, Thycotic, Centrify.
ā¢ Knowledge on cybersecurity principles and best practices, with focus on securing privileged access and preventing insider threats.
ā¢ Strong knowledge of privileged access management concepts and best practices.
ā¢ Hands on experience on integration of privileged management solutions with tools such as Active Directory, Azure / OKTA SAML, SMTP, NTP.
ā¢ The person should have exposure knowledge of PAM integration with Monitoring tools, SIEM technologies (i.e.: Splunk, HP ArcSight)
