Palo Alto Engineer with (GCP and Terraform)

Role: Palo Alto Engineer with (GCP and Terraform) Location New Jersey –Remote Fully Duration Multi-year contract Must have :- Should really have Palo Alto to GCP experience, and good experience with Terraform.. looking for a Network engineer that has strong Palo alto experience. Palo Alto is a must, along with GCP (or similar cloud platform). We need someone that has migrated firewalls from Palo Alto to GCP. Notes below. This is not a cloud/devops engineer spot. This is a network engineer that his migrated Palo Alto to the cloud (GCP). Terraform experience is required as well. Network Engineers • Cloud /skilled network engineers with ability to do Terraform • Core skill is capability in Palo alto panorama for firewall migrations • Many firewall rules that need to be migrated from on prem to the cloud • By the time they start the GCP Network will be delivered, so these folks will be much more Palo • Biggest workload they need help with is migrating firewall rules from Palo Alto to GCP. The vast majority of it, North South East west traffic management via firewalls will be via Firewall. All of the rulesets will be managed in Panorama Resources should be very capable of cloud networking - specifically on GCP. Architecting, Engineering, Deploying. • Resources will need to have very good working knowledge of Palo Alto and Panorama. These resources will be writing all/most firewall rule sets as required within the workload migrations. (any "on-prem" firewall rules will need to be migrated to our cloud VM-series Palo FWs). • Should be able to deploy cloud networking via IaC/TerraForm. • Resources should be able to train existing DTS Network team members.
