Open Influence, a leader in influencer marketing, is looking for a Paid Social Media Specialist to join our growing team. In this Los Angeles-based role you will play a critical role in executing and optimizing paid social campaigns that amplify influencer content for some of the world's most recognizable brands.
IMPORTANT: To qualify for this role, you must have experience using Facebook Ads Manager to manage paid social campaigns.

What Youâll Do
⢠Develop, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitter, and other emerging platforms.
⢠Work closely with platform representatives to unlock exclusive opportunities and stay ahead of social media trends.
⢠Analyze campaign performance, set KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize results.
⢠Continuously monitor and adjust strategies, including budget allocations and targeting parameters, to maximize campaign impact.
⢠Collaborate with internal teams (Account Management, Sales, Creative) to align paid media efforts with influencer marketing initiatives.
⢠Set up, manage, and report on campaigns using paid social trafficking platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads for YouTube).
⢠Serve as a client-facing expert, providing strategic insights and performance updates throughout campaigns.
What Weâre Looking For
⢠2+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns, specifically on Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and/or Twitter.
⢠Agency experience preferred.
⢠Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager is required.
⢠Experience managing direct response or performance-based campaigns is a plus.
⢠Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into action.
⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
⢠Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
⢠A proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for social media and digital advertising.
⢠Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics, or a related analytical field is preferred.
⢠Based in Los Angeles.

The expected salary range for this role is $65,000â$80,000 USD, depending on experience.
