Responsibilities
Oversee campaign strategy and media budget management for paid social media.

Implement and optimize paid social advertising campaigns to achieve traffic and revenue goals.

Create strategy proposals for new campaigns based on objectives from strategy partners.

Present campaign performance insights to leadership and key stakeholders.

Lead projects to improve team efficiency and inter-departmental workflow.

Identify and implement new testing opportunities for campaigns.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of paid social media experience required.

5 years of digital marketing experience in Travel and Entertainment preferred.
,
Extensive experience with social media advertising platforms and digital media buying tools.
,
Strong grasp of analytics, measurement, and testing structures.
,
Familiarity with work management platforms such as Workfront, JIRA, and Smartsheet.
,
Ability to distill technical details into understandable terms.
Nice-to-haves
Degree in Marketing, Business, Social Media, Analytics, or Statistics is a plus.
