What you'll do
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, Reddit and TikTok
• Develop, test, and refine ad creatives, audiences, and messaging to maximize performance
• Ensure all funnels, websites, and tracking tools are set up correctly before launching traffic
• Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make real-time adjustments to improve results
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and the Strategy Team to scale client accounts
• Take a proactive approachidentify gaps, action items, or pivots needed before they become problems
• Request and source creative assets from clients, social channels, or internal teams
• Ensure ad relevanceno outdated, out-of-stock, or off-season products running in campaigns
• Provide data-driven recommendations for improving ad performance, budgets, and client strategies
• Deliver insightful reports on key performance metrics, campaign insights, and next steps
• Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously test new strategies, placements, and ad formats
What you'll bring to the table
• 1-2 years of experience managing paid Meta & TikTok ads (eCommerce experience preferred)
• Proven ability to manage multi-level paid ad funnelsbeyond just boosting posts
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid traffic, and conversion funnels
• Hands-on experience with Meta Product Catalogs & Dynamic Product Ads (DPA)
• Analytical mindset with a passion for testing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Highly proactiveanticipates needs and drives strategy without waiting for instructions
• Ability to give clear direction on what's needed in an account to improve performance
• Strong responsiveness and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
