They are seeking a highly motivated Paid Search Strategist to support B2B-focused financial services clients by planning, implementing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across various platforms.ResponsibilitiesPlan, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and Microsoft AdsManage campaign pacing to ensure budgets are allocated effectively and performance is optimized toward defined objectives and KPIsAssist with campaign performance reporting and share insights with internal teams to track progress and resultsExecute, activate, troubleshoot, and optimize platform deals to secure access to high-quality media inventoryCoordinate with clients and external partners to ensure campaign setup and tracking follow established processesMaintain diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to paid search best practices throughout the campaign lifecycleSupport budget forecasting, planning, and ongoing monitoringCollaborate with account and strategy teams during planning, activation, and performance review phasesSupport day-to-day client communications related to paid search in partnership with the Search Manager and account teamsBuild and maintain relationships with publishing and platform partnersSkillsBachelor's degree required; Communications, Advertising, or Marketing preferred1+ years of paid search experience, ideally within an agency environmentStrong ability to analyze campaign performance and provide insights across key performance indicators (KPIs)Proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads; digital analytics experience is a plusAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordFamiliarity with industry tools such as DV360, DDS/Prisma, Comscore, Nielsen, AdViews, eMarketer, or similar platformsComfortable analyzing marketing data and translating insights into actionStrong aptitude for math and understanding of the digital media landscapeClear, concise written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesProven attention to detail and strong project management skillsAbility to collaborate effectively in a team environmentFinancial Services experience preferred, but not requiredBenefitsHealth insuranceVision insuranceDental insurance401(k)Healthcare Flexible Spending AccountDependent Care Flexible Spending AccountVacation daysSick daysPersonal daysPaid parental leavePaid medical leaveSTD/LTD insurance benefitsCompany OverviewOptimum Sports is a sports marketing agency for sports that has expertise in branding, investments, client relationships, PR and strategy.
