Our products stopped an average of 26,000 intoxicated start-ups each month and 29 million in the last decade.We are hiring a Paid Media Specialist-Remote.The Paid Media Specialist supports the strategy, activation + execution, and analysis of paid media campaigns across digital channels, including search, display, social, and video.Duties and Responsibilities:1 .Campaign Supporta. Assist in the implementation of paid search, display, social, and video campaigns, working closely with the team.b. Participate in conducting research for keywords, ad copy, and target audiences to contribute to campaign success.2 .Budget Monitoringa. Support the team in monitoring the budget allocation for paid media campaigns, ensuring alignment with ROI and business goals.3. Performance Analysisa. Assist in analyzing marketing performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.b. Contribute to the preparation of marketing performance reports, including lead metrics (CPL, LTV) and insights.4. Account Structure and Optimizationa. Collaborate with team members to provide input and execution on account structure, keywords, audience targeting, and budget optimization efforts5.Conversion Optimizationa. Participate in the planning and execution of A/B tests to enhance lead conversions, ROI, and overall campaign performance.b. Collaborate with other teams to optimize landing pages for SEM campaigns.6. Market Researcha. Support Paid Media Manager in conducting research on competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for campaign enhancements.7. Marketing Supporta. Assist in implementing marketing strategies and projects under the guidance of senior team members.8. Data Presentationa. Work cross-functionally with the Analytics team to present data findings in a clear and concise manner.Job Requirements:1. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising and/or a related field or a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in digital marketing or paid media.2. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and principles.3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with marketing performance data.4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.5. Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing.6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.7. Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.8. Familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager, DSPs, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, YouTube and other digital marketing platforms.
