We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to support performance growth across key markets. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop and apply skills across paid social, paid search, campaign optimisation, and performance analysis.
You will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media activity across key digital channels, helping drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency.
You’ll work closely with creative, digital, e-commerce, analytics, and localisation teams to ensure campaigns are well executed, market-relevant, and aligned with wider business goals.Key Responsibilities
Support the paid media strategy across priority marketsLaunch and manage campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other paid channelsMonitor daily campaign performance and make optimisation decisions based on KPIsAssist with testing new creatives, messaging, offers, and landing pages to improve performanceWork closely with creative teams to brief and develop high-performing ad assetsAnalyse campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementTrack and report on key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and revenueSupport market expansion by localising paid media activity for different regions and audiencesHelp maintain account hygiene, naming conventions, tracking, and tagging accuracyStay up to date with platform updates, paid media trends, competitor activity, and testing opportunitiesRequirements
2-4 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertisingHands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google AdsStrong understanding of paid media fundamentals, including targeting, bidding, budgeting, and optimisationExperience in analysing performance data and turning insights into practical actionsFamiliarity with analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker StudioStrong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detailGood organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsDesirable
Experience in e-commerce or DTC environmentsInterest in health, wellness, supplements, beauty, or lifestyle brandsExposure to international or multilingual campaignsFamiliarity with attribution, tracking setup, and feed-based campaignsExperience with other paid channels such as TikTok, affiliates, or programmaticKnowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platformsUnderstanding of creative testing frameworks and conversion rate thinkingWhat We Offer
