Paid Media Specialist

In this role, you will execute builds, updates, and optimizations across paid media platforms with speed and accuracy. You will launch campaigns, implement creative tests, manage budget changes, verify tracking integrity (pixels, events, UTMs), and monitor platform errors or disapprovals. If something breaks, you will catch it first. If pacing drifts, you will correct it. If instructions are unclear, you will seek clarity immediately rather than guess.
You will not simply follow checklists — you will protect performance infrastructure. You will maintain clean account structure, ensure naming and tracking standards are upheld, and support structured testing with disciplined implementation. Execution errors have consequences in performance environments, and this role exists to prevent them. Success in this role is measured by execution accuracy, campaign velocity, and system reliability across accounts. Zero critical errors are expected. Improvements in efficiency, turnaround time, and implementation quality are how you stand out.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–2+ years of hands-on experience executing paid media campaigns.
• Familiarity with major paid media platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with checklists, deadlines, and detailed instructions.
• Ability to follow direction precisely and maintain consistency across repeated tasks.
Job Expectations:
• You must speak fluent English, have access to your own computer and reliable high-speed internet, and be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.
