Paid Media Manager, Search & Social
M+C Saatchi Performance is a global digital media agency, connecting brands to people. They are seeking a motivated and growth-minded Paid Media Manager to join their Search & Social team, responsible for managing multi-channel campaigns and contributing to client strategy and growth. Responsibilities Work across the full campaign lifecycle – planning, setup, pacing, optimizations, insights, and reporting Consistently adapt optimization strategies to meet the specific goals and KPIs of multiple clients across web and app experiences Present reporting and performance insights that lead to gains against client business objectives, effectively communicating wins and improvement areas Align with Account teams to fully understand client needs and suggest impactful strategies Work with clients to provide input on ad copy and visuals, keeping in mind best practices across the various platforms Grow partner and client relationships as a daily point of contact Support the team as the day-to-day Search & Social contact for internal teams Skills 1–2 years of hands‑on, bottom funnel paid media experience, ideally at a digital or full‑service agency Working knowledge of major platforms in either search and/or social: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, (SEM, PMAX, Google App Campaigns, etc.) Strong analytical skills and comfort completing data analysis in Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic arithmetic, lookup tables, etc.) Detail‑oriented with excellent organization and time‑management skills Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities Clear communicator—both written and verbal Curious, proactive, and eager to grow your skill set across new channels and client types A collaborative teammate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Benefits Competitive benefits package, including 20 vacation days and 401k match Summer Fridays: We aim to stop working at 3:00pm on Fridays from Memorial Day to Labor Day Holiday Break: 11 annual bank holidays, plus Christmas to New Year’s Eve Flexible work arrangements available, combining on-site and remote work as needed.
