Role: Senior Paid Media Manager Location: Remote/USA Department: Marketing Reports to: Director of Growth Marketing Salary Range: $100-115k annually Role Overview Weâre looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to own and operate our paid media programs end-to-end. This is a hands-on, senior-level role for someone who can step in immediately, take control of active campaigns, and drive measurable business outcomes. Youâll manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of all paid channels while partnering closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure continuous performance improvement, efficiency, and scale. Key Responsibilities Paid Media Ownership & Execution Own daily operations across all paid media channels, including: Paid Search (Google, Bing) Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) Display, Retargeting, and CTV Launch, manage, optimize, and scale campaigns with a strong focus on pipeline, revenue, and CAC efficiency Manage and optimize paid media landing pages Actively manage budgets, bids, targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization Strategy & Agency Management Serve as the primary point of contact for our campaign strategy agency and development agency Translate high-level strategy into actionable execution plans Ensure agencies are aligned on goals, timelines, testing roadmaps, and performance expectations Hold partners accountable to performance, efficiency, and optimization standards Landing Page Optimization Own landing page performance in collaboration with our development agency Drive continuous CRO initiatives including: Messaging and positioning tests Conversion flow improvements A/B testing and performance analysis Ensure landing pages align with campaign intent and audience segmentation Reporting & Performance Analysis Build and maintain paid media and funnel performance reporting in HubSpot Report on performance tied to company outcomes, including: Pipeline and revenue impact Cost per lead, opportunity, and customer ROI and efficiency metrics Deliver clear insights and recommendations to marketing and leadership teams Utilize AI to automate tasks to be as efficient as possible Required Qualifications 6+ years of B2B SaaS paid media experience, with direct hands-on ownership of paid media campaigns Proven experience managing and optimizing multi-channel paid media programs Strong background reporting performance tied to business outcomes (pipeline and revenue, not just clicks and leads) Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including building dashboards and custom reports Experience managing and collaborating with external agencies Deep understanding of full-funnel paid media strategy and optimization Ability to work independently and confidently take ownership from day one Nice to Have Experience scaling paid programs in high-growth B2B SaaS environments Strong CRO and landing page optimization background Experience working closely with demand generation and revenue teams Preferred Skills & Experience Experience supporting Sales teams with campaign messaging and enablement Familiarity with paid media strategy and performance metrics Experience optimizing multi-step nurture and lifecycle journeys Our Values Curiosity: Weâre curious and future-focused.
