Paid Media Campaign Manager
About the position
In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of data-driven paid media campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and display channels. You will bridge strategic planning with tactical implementation, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results that align with client goals. This role involves analyzing campaign performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations, and presenting results to both internal teams and clients. You will collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and engineering teams to maintain reporting accuracy and optimize campaign effectiveness. Responsibilities
• Develop and execute paid media strategies in alignment with client objectives and hiring demand
• Collaborate with Account Directors and Media Strategy Leads to plan campaigns, channel mix, and audience targeting
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, and other platforms
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards, translating campaign data into actionable insights
• Support client-facing presentations, clearly communicating performance results and strategic recommendations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure proper campaign setup, tagging, and reporting integrity
• Test, document, and implement best practices for paid media planning, execution, and optimization
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (search, social, display, programmatic)
• Experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or B2C/B2B campaign analysis
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic platforms, and data visualization tools (Looker Studio, GA4)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect campaign performance to business outcomes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and internal reporting
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
