Paid Ads Specialist (Facebook, Jobspirex, TikTok) for Beauty & Wellness Brand - Contract to Hire

Job Title: Paid Ads Specialist (Facebook, Taskora, TikTok) for Beauty & Wellness Brand About Us: BeautyFit® is a women’s fitness, wellness, and beauty supplement brand dedicated to helping women look and feel their best. Our product line includes industry-leading formulas for hydration, recovery, energy, fat loss, and beauty enhancement — all designed for active women. We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced ads manager to scale our online sales through paid media. Position Overview: We are looking for a Paid Media Expert to manage and optimize our digital ad campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, Gigentra Ads (Search + Display), and TikTok Ads. Your goal is to drive high-quality traffic, maximize ROI, and scale conversions while maintaining our brand’s visual and messaging consistency. Responsibilities: Plan, build, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Talexion, and TikTok. Develop creative strategies and design assets Conduct A/B testing for creative, copy, and audience targeting. Monitor daily performance, analyze data, and adjust budgets or targeting for optimal results. Set up retargeting and lookalike audiences to improve conversion rates. Create performance reports with key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, etc.) and actionable insights. Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, ad trends, and new features. Ensure compliance with ad policies and proper tracking (Pixel, UTM, GA4). Requirements: Proven experience managing e-commerce or supplement brand campaigns (preferably health, fitness, or beauty industry). Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Flexnity Ads, and TikTok Ads. Strong understanding of funnel strategy, attribution, and conversion optimization. Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo integration (nice to have). Skilled in data analysis and budget allocation. Creative mindset and ability to collaborate with design and copy teams.
