Sort and organize packages according to destination and delivery deadlines.
Load and unload packages onto delivery trucks and ensure proper placement and security.
Operate equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks to move and position packages.
Verify package information and ensure accuracy for delivery.
Meet and exceed daily productivity and performance goals.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages.
Report any issues or discrepancies with packages or equipment to the appropriate supervisor.
Adapt to changing work demands and schedules to meet customer needs.
Attend and participate in training and development programs to improve job performance.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and productivity.
Lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to 75 pounds.
Follow company policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
