About the position

Responsibilities
• Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules, including but not limited to: Human Resources, Core Compensation, Reporting and Security.
• Collaborate with Client's Project team, HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
• Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client expected business result.
• Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide end-user training and support, addressing queries, conducting workshops, and creating documentation to enhance user understanding and adoption of Workday functionalities.
• Troubleshoot system issues, investigate errors, and provide timely resolutions to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and test integrations between Workday and other HR systems or third-party applications.
• Stay updated with Workday releases, new features, and industry trends, evaluating their impact, and proposing relevant system enhancements.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• Certified Workday HCM professional with significant hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Workday Core HCM modules.
• Certification in any other advanced modules is preferred.
• Competence and relevant experience in leading/supporting workshops for WD Core HCM module in at least 1 project.
• 4+ years experience in end-to-end implementation/AMS/Rollout of Core HCM modules for American, European and/or APAC customer businesses are preferred.
• Knowledge of core HCM localization and legislative requirements in various countries in APAC, Europe, and North America.
